4D ultrasound scan

Best time to get 4D scan done

According to my LMP, im 26 weeks pregnant, doctor says its 23-24wks! But i go according to my LMP!

I heard there is a certain time to get a 4D scan done, because when the baby has some fat its a better vision of the baby in 4D scan! But im not sure about the exact time, can someone please tell me whens the best time to get a 4D scan!

That will be done in 15 days before the predicted delivery date.
It is better to avoid.
In normal scan in the 9th month we come to know the weight of the baby + if you have sugar then baby weight will be increase fast.

The 4D which I am talking about is something optional which expecting mothers have done, in the 4D scan it is when you can see the babies facial expressions and all! Otherwise ive had my level 2 scan done.

My Doc adviced for 4D scan to decide whether to weight for normal delivery or Ceaserian, since baby weight was more ( I had sugar).
In the scan then found baby head was big and weight also more ( my son was making faces and covering the face with left hand - Doc showed me)
Then decide for C.section.

I have heard that later you get 3D/4D scans done, the better you can see the features of the baby and anytime after 22 weeks, you can see the face pretty well.
