NEWS AS ON 3rd APRIL 2007

H-1B visa quota for the fiscalyear2008 finished on the first day on April2nd 2007.Please go thru the following link for more details.

Iam also waiting for h1b visa lottery results.If anybody knows when we will know the lottery results please update.

Sometime back I read in the news paper that H1B applications will be processed at 50-50 chances.

No news as of now.But keep checking at USCIS website and Latest US Immigration News - Changes in Immigration Policy for latest websites.

H1-B visa lottery results are out.Coz my cousin got the news that he got through the lottery.He called and told me that he got through it.So please check with USCIS.

Even my BIL has applied for H1b.
