    Hey can u clear one doubt, is it 53 lakhs + registration or totals price would be 53 + registration + ur 25 balance home loan which u mentioned would be transferred to new buyer?
    And for renting how much is maintainance charges?

    The cost is 53 + regn. charges. [ 25 loan + 28 + regn. charges ]].

    Maintenace charges are 1.5 rs/sq.ft. [ which comes to 2283 Rs. ]
