Hi, Welcome to our area. I will start with Abu Shagara- Al Saqr Tower, Grey/Metallic silver building opposite to City Centre Super market- Spacious flat with car parking. Near Avenue on King faisal road...i.e Choitram side.- Flats with car parking but select flats with good ventilation. Al- Qasimiya. Here many new buildings have opened bookings. Near Spark Residence Hotel- spacious flat with car parking. Near Megamart- Spacious flat with no car parking. Near Hot breads Building - Spacious flat with car parking. Other than these 2 areas, a new building has been opened for bookings on King Faisal Street but near spinneys...an orange colour tower like building with gym,swimming pool and car parking. hi parvathi, thank you so much. sterday evening i came there.........first i check avenue building but there is 3bhk only available............then behind al bustan hotel opposite to india house restaurant but 1bhk only there.....but :drowning today surely i check what u have told.........once again thanks dear. Hi , Is it only new buildings or buildings which are not old more than 2 years? Good buildings less than 2 years. Sama1,Sama 2 buildings near Choitram road, Sunrise Supermarket Building. Excellent Maintanence. Kraz Supermarket Building. Avenue Building...Good Maintanence. Sunrise Supermarket Building which has Brainobrain classes- Excellent Maintanence. The building adjacent to Avenue-Spacious rooms. Check for carparking. Parvathi.

Hi, According to the information that i have New building rent is 30k-32k in Abu Shagara. Buildings less than 2 years the rent is 28k-30k.Except Sama1 and Sama2. Please see this is the marginal rent for buildings with split ac provision. If you are looking for buildings with window ac the rent is less than 25k. Parvathi.
