Out of temptation had 2 ladoos:facepalm:.
Workout is 30 min cardio.
Breakfast - ragi mudde
Lunch - fish curry
Weight - 77.9
30 min cardio workout

Weight - 78.1
Did 15 min of treadmill, walking only.
And did weights (4kg)- bicep curls, triceps, lateral rise.
And then hip...
No workout yesterday and today.
Weekends are devoted for doing all household workout. Need to change that.
