    My friends and I were discussing about what are the best ways to beat stress last day. One of my friends told that she has read in an article which says recent studies have shown drinking tea is one of the best ways of beating stress.
    I wanna know what do you thin would be the best way to beat stress?

    Lemme tell you a study that I came across in my college library. The study says that one can become stress free by doing something that one really enjoys doing for at least half an hour daily. It can be reading, listening to music, going for a watch, cooking or anything.
    So I think if you really want to beat your stress, engage in what you like to do most.
    I listen to music when I am really really stressed out.

    This is a nice topic and will help many of us pretty well, because everyone’s lives remain stressed out and everyone looks for a solution. I keep myself stressed out by doing yoga. I do it every day for 1 hour. It really helps me a lot to keep myself stress free. Dunno if it is the best way or not, but definitely it is one way.

    To Reshmi, I really liked your post. Anyways, when are really stressed out, you should try to do things calmly without any tension, sleep well, eat-well. You can try to do yoga meditation. Listen to music and try to mix with people from whom you get positive vibes. If you have the habit of reading read good books of your interests.

    I think it depends on person to person, for some it might be listening to music, for others it might be reading books or doing yoga. Anyways, I do meditation to beat my stress, and it really helps me a lot.

    I dunno which one is the best way to beat stress but meditation and yoga are the two most effective ways for beating stress. These two being natural methods helps does not have any side effects. I have recently joined a yoga class which is really helping in reliving me from stress.
    I cannot really meditate because it really needs some good concentration and a proper place.
    I am giving a Thumbs Up to both Yoga and Meditation.

    Thank you everyone for posting and giving so many ways to beat stress. I actually listen to music and do yoga for getting over stress. I don’t think I can ever do ‘Meditation’ cause my concentration is really very poor and low.
