Chappati is such a versatile item of the diet. It goes well with everything. Try Dals, vegetables (dry or gravy) and all non-vegetarian dishes. Chappatis are much easier on the diet compared to naans and rotis. The quickest thing you can have with chappati is curd. Whip the curd till smooth. Temper it with very fine chopped curry leaves, jeera, mustard, finely chopped ginger and green chillies. Pour this tempering on the yoghurt. Adjust salt to tast. Put in finely chopped coriander and voila!!! there you go....
