Any propotion for Tahini I mean sesame seeds to other ingredients so that it wont be bitter?

If the til seeds you get there is bitter, it can't be helped. What we get here is never bitter. For 2 tbsp seeds, just 1/2 tsp pepper pdr, 1 tsp lime juice & salt will be fine.

Dear Chithra,
I have a question. I am making the paruppu poli for tomorrow's new year . i dont have the puran poli press nor the kitchen queen. Can i run the puranam through in the mixie? If it gets a little liquidy, can i cook it for some time on the stove top again . I am trying this for the first time.bonk
