Hi, It was nice to go thru all the posts and really interesting to know how creative people are with even little things, which I never considered or gave any importance. I would also join Sunitha and Gayathri as usual with my original name. Yes, here it did matter that my identity would be safe and I wanted toreveal myself as what I am. So that I can make friends with my real name. And what else, gave my original name as my id.

hi ILs This is indeed an interesting topic. My name is Kaushalya...a long name and i had no pet names. This was soon remedied and a very good friend of mine gave me a short name "Kaush". When i had to create an email id for the first time and found that my name was already taken a friend suggested that i can add my fathers name to mine and try it...and so we had Kaushrajan. Wait! it does not end here....i got married and what do u know my husbands name too was Rajan and I got to retain my old mail id post marriage too!!! ) Kaushalya R Kumar
