    hi which basmathi rice brand is good to make chicken/mutton briyani.plz help.

    If you want to have the north Indian or Hyderabad style briyani - You can go ahead with Basmati

    For southern Briyani style, its called samba rice (it will be very small- jeeraka samba rice)

    I too use only basmathi rice.Zebra or tilda brands will be good.
