    HI Pavi,

    I did do the preg test early moring but turned out to be -ve.I have a scheduled appointment with teh doc on monday,just hoping for the best.

    Hi Sima,

    Thankyou for the advice dear.
    I did do teh home test and both the times turned out to be -ve.
    I hav an appointment with the doc on mon ,hoping for the best.

    hi ladies,

    :helpcan u please help me out.i think i a pregnant.i am really worrried and tence. i live in uae but basically i am from india.

    is it better for me to go to india before 3 months from my delivery date without my husband and stay there for 6 months?

    Gazala,

    Firstly, get a confirmation for your pregnancy by a home test or by the doc.

    Secondly, most doc recommend air travel after the 3rd month.

    Getting yourself worried or having tension is not going to help you sort this out.... Relax & go to the doc to get any other clarifications required about travel, nutrition & relaxation.

    weight gain during pregnancy

    i am in the 17th week but i have checked my weight it is same ,since i concieved, should i worry about it .i have doc's appointment on nov 8th should i tell him.

    should anything i need to worry.
    can any one please suggest i bit worried.

    Hi Uma,

    Congratulations for your Pregnancy!!!

    Dont worry about your weight gain in this period. Because after 20th week only the baby will put weight constantly. So no need to worry at all. But always try to take healthy food which contains sufficient Protein.

    When you go for your next Dr. check-up ask them about the healthy diet. They will usually check your weight in all the visits. If you have any doubt you ask all to them without any hesitation.

    Hi Umaramani,

    First of all congrats on your pregnancy :cheers. Dont worry about weight gain, I didnt gain any weight till about 20 weeks and then started putting on a bit, so its completely normal. Eat a healthy diet and go for walks, it will definitely help during labor.

    Just enjoy your pregnancy!

    hi
    do not worry about ur weight , u will lose after delivery when u will breast feed ur baby and when he will not let u to sleep ;). during my first pregnancy i gained 14 kg but lost it by own. now i m again pregnant and in 2nd month i was almost of the same weight as was during starting of 1 pregnancy. so do not worry.
    take care of ur fat consumption only after delivery.
