You can't change him nor his views. What you can practice is turning a deaf ear to everything he says. Do as you wish, go where you want. Don't seek his permission. If he starts arguing, remain calm and composed. Don't argue.

Additionally, these people may also cross your personal boundaries at some time. At that point, please do not keep quiet and tolerate for anyone's sake, including your kid's. Please stand up for yourself because your happiness and mental health comes first - even before your marriage and kids. And if your spouse cannot respect you, your kid also will eventually start treating you with disrespect
