Day: 54 of 100 (Thursday) Date: September 23, 2021 Time: 6:39 a.m. to 6:52 a.m. Duration: 13 minutes Experience: Continued the same visualization technique as yesterday. My subconscious mind is feeling that there is enormous energy around me to nullify the defects, pains and sufferings in me. Each inhalation and exhalation was carried out with special interest. Only one thought was in my mind and even that disappeared towards the end of the session. It was a productive session calming my mind.

Day 51. 20-09-2021 skipped Day 52 - I was a bit irregular in meditation and updating here but I thought I skipped whole of last week. But I have meditated on 21-09-2021. It's been recorded in the app. Day 53,Day 54 - skipped. Day 55 - 24-09-2021 . Duration :11mins Time : 7 15 am to 7 26 am Experience: if I'm not consistent I find myself difficult to focus. I need to maintain a consistency. Today I started again after school break but it was hard to focus.
Day: 55 of 100 (Friday) Date: September 24, 2021 Time: 6:33 a.m. to 6:44 a.m. Duration: 11 minutes Experience: Elapsed time didn't appear to be 11 minutes and it happened quickly. I had a wonderful satsang last night in Bhagavad Gita class and those thoughts lingered in my mind. Inhalation and exhalation cycle got into 4 cycles per minute immediately. A serene session.

Day: 56 of 100 (Saturday) Date: September 25, 2021 Time: 7:04 a.m. to 7:14 a.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: Focused on breathing with calm mindset. A few thoughts went through the mind but was able to observe them.

Day 56- 25-09-2021 . Duration :11mins Time : 7 15 am to 7 26 am Experience: my mind is very agitated/confused and I'm unable to accept something and take a decision but meditation is helping me get a perspective. As I sit calm and try to pull myself to the breadth I'm feeling much better . Day 57 - 26-09-2021 . Duration :12 mins Time : 6 45 am to 6 57 am Experience: The confusion continues in my mind but I'm trying to not get carried away and give myself time to think more. As I sit for meditation the thoughts race about going with Plan A or Plan B. But I'm not focussing on that . I tried to focus on my breadth . Every time I was pulled towards the thought I was coming back to the breadth. Hopefully I can decide better sooner
Day: 57 of 100 (Sunday) Date: September 26, 2021 Time: 6:19 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Duration: 11 minutes Experience: My interest to have these meditation sessions make me wake up early. I was determined to focus on breath and it worked very well. Mind was focusing on two games (CSK in IPL and Buccaneers in NFL) that I intend to watch today to begin with and when I removed my expectations of the results, those thoughts went away. The mind was calm in last 5-6 minutes of the session. I feel extremely peaceful after the session today.
