    Yeah i drink turmeric pepper with water, and health is quite good since then, and I feel somewhat confident regarding viruses.Ginger is a good addition.

    Even milk is not required.

    Thanks. Ginger, mango raw small, all finely chopped mixed with lemon juice and asafoetida is too good.

    My grand father was a well known ayurvedic practician.My mother ie his daughter has successfully treated severe cases of jaundice with keezhanalli[Phylanthus niuri].This herb, you will be surprised to know has anti oxidant,antimicribial,anti inflammatoty properties and prescribed for control of blood sugar,,kidney stone and acute hepatitis B.Unlike chemicals no pathogen has been reported to be resistant..what is amazing is that is is a common weed seen in coastal areas. I am sure that some herb is available for Corona Virus like Nila vembu kasham for swine flu.[officially supplied free in tamilnadu.]

    Sir, Thank you so much for the information on Keezha-nalli ... even I'm very positive about Ayurveda, and I have faith some herb will work for it.Having Giloy as of now to build immunity.
