Hi ladies,

/first of all i want to tell that i am married to the man of my dreams in february this year , people who have read my past threads know that how much struggle i have gone through to reach at this stage...

Ok cutting the long story to short, our condom broke during sex one night and I took an I-pill next morning within 10 hours. My periods date is 18th may , I am getting a feeling of periods coming from a week now, feeling the cramps and pain as the blood is flowing but its not happening.

should i wait for my periods date or should i take a pregnancy test ? How long should I wait for my periods if they do not come on 18th.

You can wait for a week from your PMS date and then go for PT.

Typically the pregnancy hormones get flowing around 2 weeks after conception. You can take a home pregnancy test but it may not be too accurate at this point, depending on the brand of test. So as the others mentioned, wait until one week after the missed period.
