Do anyone use eno while making bajji or bonda instead of soda. I like the fluffy dhokla when we add eno. Same way ,can we add in bajji batter to get that fluffy outer layer. Once I tried and it came out good. I tried while making egg bonda. Everyone like the outer layer. I just want to make sure, is it good to add it.
Hey, I think ENO powder best option to use in various batter making. I always use it in my instant Idli batter, Dosa Batter and some times in Chole Bhature. It always give good result
