    Dear Akila,

Thats so nice... Thanks you for your encouragement and continuous suport you give me for all my blogs...

I think the other way around... If number of view are great with 0 comments, then the readers didnt like the story. If they like it very much they WILL give fb... but you see the glass half full.... thats wonderfui.. And great lesson learnt... :) Thanks for that too....

    hi tulips,

that was a wonderful blog. thoughtfully written, an you brought out the emotions very nicely, a large corporate lacking the bondage, but the small mfg unit, treating all employees as fmly.

Hello Tulip, You explained it very well. We can see the human side in the small companies. It happens all over the world. I feel sorry for the father. I have seen parents praise only the kid who works in a management level job. Now a days it is MNC. I don't blame the parents. It is the society.
I felt sad and good about your story. When are we going to appreciate individual's contribution without comparing them to more wealthier ones?

Dear Radsahana... Thanks for your comments... Yes thats what I wanted to highlight... even you work day and night, one you thrown out the place will forget you... but its not like in small companies... and even in government offices.... my dad retired 4 years back, still he goes to the office with proud and meet all his colleagues... they all treat him very well and respect his hardwork and dedication... Isn't that gives us the happiness end of the day? or is the bank balance?
