Why do people do what they do? - A question that could reduce friction between people

wowww girl way to go hats off to you...this blog really needs an applaud...why?? because its really makes sense whatever you write....sometimes we just tend to stick and want to prove our point so much we forget the fact that other person is alsodoing the same as we are!! by just giving into someones point doesnt make any less of us and at the same time we dont have to agree with them totally...just being tolerant of their thoughts makes it sooo easy....
