    Thanks, noted all. I wl go this evening only and get one food processor to be used mainly for atta kneading and get soft chappathis.

    I too enjoyed your write-up on daal chawal like all. Yes, we also relish simple menu especially after festival days, like perungayam, kothamalli manukkum thakkali rasam and vazhakkai mezhukkuveratti (curry without coconut) with curd rice and veppillaikatti.:crazy

    Thanks for sharing those wonderful photos also.
