Part: 4*

Aditi boarded the public bus that takes her to the office location. She is used travelling in public bus while going to school and college. So she didn't have any trouble in reaching her office. Gayathri and Ganesh were very keen on not letting her to use two wheeler to college.

Not because they were worried, but because they wanted her to mingle with all kinds of people and get to know the different facets of life. Aditi also never complained about travelling in bus. But she used two wheeler to all other places with her mom and friends and also alone.

Aditi reached office before in hand and called her mom.

Gayathri: Hello Aditi, reached safely.

Aditi: Yes mom. Have come to office.

Gayathri: Good, all the best dear.

Aditi: Thank you mom. And don't forget to message me after having lunch, ok mom.

Gayathri: Ok da sure. You also eat properly. I have kept lunch box in your bag, hope you would have seen it.

Aditi: Yes mom. You are so sweet.

Ok mom now am going inside, will call during lunch time. Bye mom.

Gayathri: Ok dear. Take care. Bye.

Aditi went to the receptionist and reported to her. The receptionist asked her to wait in the lounge opposite to the reception.*

Aditi saw one more girl already*waiting there. She went and sat in the sofa facing the other girl sitting in the opposite side. After few minutes the other girl came and sat next to Aditi and introduced herself as Karthika.

Karthika: Hi, am Karthika.

Aditi: Hi Karthika, nice to meet you. Am Aditi.

Karthika: Nice to meet you Aditi.*

They started exchanging their details and was talking casually for some time. Karthika has also completed her MBA and is a University rank holder. She is very soft spoken but a very bold girl.

HR: Hello, am Shiva from HR.

Karthika: Hello Shiva, Am Karthika and she is Aditi.

Shiva: Hi Karthika, Hi Aditi. Welcome to our office. Lets first start the initial joining formalities. Hope you both have brought all necessary certificates and documents as informed to you
earlier.

The both nodded in approval and were asked to come to the HR office. After completing all the formalities they were taken to their respective team leads.

Shiva: Aditi and Karthika, you both will be working for the UK projects. I will take you both to your respective team leads and they will explain you about other details.*

This is your ID card form, fill in the details and get your leads signature and hand over the form with two pp photos to me while leaving today.

Now lets go and meet your leads. Sorry i forgot to ask, have you people had your breakfast.*

Aditi and Karthika both exchanged glances and coarsely said yes to him.

Shiva: Ok good, then lets go to your teams. One more thing, there will be an induction program for all new joiners. Will intimate the date and time to your respective leads when it is scheduled.*

Aditi and Karthika gave a nod in answer.

Shiva: Karthika please wait here i will introduce Aditi to her lead and come.
Aditi come let's go, this way please.

Aditi followed him*and was feeling very excited and happy. She was smiling to herself when she entered inside the work space and looked around. She came back to her senses after she heard Shiva's voice.

Shiva: Hi Thiyagu.*

Thiyagu: Hi Shiva.*

Shiva: I already informed you about the new joinee right. She is Karthika. Oh am sorry, Ms.Aditi.

Aditi didn't fail to notice the secret glance exchanged between Shiva and Thiyagu.

Thiyagu: Hi Aditi,

Shiva: Aditi, he is Mr.Thiyagarajan, your Senior Service Manager.

Aditi: Hello Sir.

Shiva: Ok Thiyagu, my job is done. Am leaving.

Thiyagu: Ok Shiva, thank you.

Shiva: Aditi, all the best.

Aditi: Thank you so much.

Giving a smile in reply to Aditi, Shiva took leave from that place.
