    There is no news about freezing kindle. Many authors are giving half of price if its for e-paper. So, there is lot of support from avid book readers.

    Amazon kindle is good with features as well price range. Different versions are there and choose the one depends on your requirement. paper white is good to start with and can upgrade to voyage if you have budget ....

    good thing with amazon is...You can buy the paper book with discounted price after reading and if you like the same.

    I love my kindle! It is always in my purse. I recently got a paperwhite, though I've used the older generation Kindle for many years. Yes I did have a problem with the device freezing twice with the older model. But each time Amazon sent me a new one, free of charge. Their customer service is very good. No problem with the paperwhite so far.

    I like paper books but with the number of books I read, there is no way I could store that many at home. The Kindle is a perfect solution. The e-ink technology is so good. I have found myself trying to a turn a page while reading on my Kindle. It makes me forget I am reading an eBook. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

    I'd buy the paperwhite. They are selling at a discounted price now that the Voyage is out.

    You will get a 10" tab in the same price as the Kindle fire.
    install the kindle app from playstore and enjoy the ebooks as well as the other features offered by a tab.
    You can get best of both worlds.
