i had my two miscarriage first during my sixth month due to watery discharge and second on fourth month due to blood discharge....now , i m pregnant and have fourth month , i have my Os tightening during my third month and taking rest at home itself. i m frustrated and scared this time ...i m want some guidance and tips for healthy baby growth . I also listen Garbh Sanskar music....i want proper diet and what might be lacking during my pregnancy...please help me...Awaiting for ur guidance and support.

Re: no reply....... have 4 dates daily, drink juice daily, eat greens daily or 4 times a week, have apple daily, keep ur mind calm.
