Dear IL'ites, Could someone provide information about the procedure for Australia migration? Some personal experience may be. I have read about the process in many sites. Any tips would be welcome.
Hi Soumys For Australian immigration if you are planning to get your PR(permanent Residency Visa) then the person who is applying for PR must get their education and employment evaluation done. You need to have atleast 6 score in all in IELTS. You need to submit express of Interest(EOI) . Once EOI is approved and you receive an invitation(which may take 2-3 months from the time you submit EOI - it again depends on the points you get). you can then submit your application for Visa. while submitting EOI you need to select a skill in the nominated list for which you are eligible and your experience suits. With PR spouse can also work from Day 1 and there are many benefits like insurance etc compared to other work visas.

The process is quite easy if you have all the documents and you can do it urself and save money but if you have doubts about any documentation or getting education and experience evaluation done then you can approach the consultancies.
