First OB Appoinment!!

Hi ladies,

i have few questions regarding my prenatal appointment!

actually i have two appointments jun 11th wit midwives and jun 24th is the prenatal appointment. my questions is what d diff between these two appointments? can i request midwives for my prenatal appointment?

why bcoz i'm comfortable wit her(midwive) and she s very friendly!! so that i can communicate wit her very easily.

as far as i know during first and second trimester of pregnancy everyone is seen by a midwife unless they have complications and they need to be checked frequently.in 3rd trimester you will be seen by a gync doctor.
during my pregnancy i have directly chose obgyn as i have hypothyroid and diagnosed with gestation diabetes in my early stage.Enjoy your beautiful moments.

My suggestion would be to go for both the appointments! But since June is already over, have you gone to both of them?

The person who met you for the pre-natal, how was he/she? Did you feel comfortable?
