Health drinks for kids

    How will you make the badam powder by soaking or just grind with skin

    Hi Mjsaroj,

    I grind raw badam with skin alongwith sugar.. you can try the roasted variety too.. but grind with skin as part of the nutrition is hidden there.

    hi friends..
    ya..recently i read an article on health drinks which says that thy r doing more harm han good..home made ones r good..grind badam,cashewnut and groundnut.add some ealichi and sugar also..grind them well..and add a small spoon to a cup of milk..this is highly nutritious and tasty too...

    will it get ground in mixie? also will it dissolve well in milk like boost, complan?

    Hey SS,

    It would grind well in mixie but you cant expect it to mix like complan. However, you add one/two spoonfuls in a cup of milk and mix it, it mixes enough to get the flavour and the nutrition.

    Some powder might stay at the bottom, you will have to mix it again before the last few sips..
