    Dear all,

    thanks a ton for all your support, now I m in India with parents. Its been more than one year with them. I have got job also, and my husband is also back in Pune, India. now I m planning to file divorce & custody case, but he threatened to make complaint with US officials so that they can take my daughter away from me. he said, if he can not get her(my daughter) I will also loose her. i dnt know what to do.

    If both of you are Indians and residing in India....how will he file a complaint in US? You talk to a lawyer about this and also tell him you will file a case for abuse.
    Don't worry....custody laws in India favor mothers...specially ones with job and family support.

    I don't think even he can file case in USA for your DD..Other good thing i your favours is 911 complaint (if he file case in USA, that I don't think is possible if he is not a citizen/GC holder)
