    Its really true health is a gift of God. So i want to care, we just care about , Water, Best food, Exercise regularly or sleep in time. if we care about all of this instruction, we always healthy looking.

    Everyday morning have 3 tablsp of jamun karela juice on empty stomach followed by a glass of hot water.This regulates you bowel movements and also produces natural insulin the body needs.Excellent for diabeties
