    What should be a perfect diet chart for Navratri fasts? I am afraid the fast will rocket my weight.

    Dear OP,

    You can plan making prasadams like sundals with kala channa, rajma, Moong dal, Channa Dal, soaked peanuts, green gram sprouts on each day- these are rich in protein, for rice based prasadam you can make with brown rice like puliyogare, kheer
