Yep you may find this in Chawli Kukatpally. This is right next to Taruni'S. Also there is a road side store outside Taruni's he also sells these stuff.

 

I dont remember the store name, but I saw these lace borders and such stuff in a shop that lies in the sequence of shops little further to JNTU, on the opposite side. After crossing the petrol bunk and theaters. They were very elegant and the collection was good. just drop by in that area and search for one. you'll easily find the shop on main road itself
Narsingh stores also has these collection I guess.
