    hello madam

for baking breads receipies i just wanted to know that i have brought too much instant dry yeast.
and if in any bread recipe if it is called for dry/active yeast can i replace it with instant dry yeast. will it effect the texture of the bread??
and if yes do i have to use it in same quantity and have to prove it (means in warm water with salt and sugar so that it forms bubbles)?

    Dear Chithra Madam,

Hope you are doing good. Its been a long time after I wrote to you. My Mom is planning on getting a microwave in India and she wants to try your baking recipes. Could you please suggest any microwaves. You are the only person I know of who uses the gadgets to its ultimate. My mom started browsing recently and she is fascinated browsing your receipes. She wants to try baking.

    Thank you,
    Regards
    Shree
