Ttc ladies..how day starts..daily routine

    Hi luck waves,
    Thanks for remembering me dear. I am right now in the week after the menses so all hopeful & positive. Trying to pray but not as much as you luckysangeetha, I want to but do not get time from work & other things or may be I have become lazy. Need some more motivation to pray...
    What are your updates? How are you doing?

    Sure, l will be going back to her next Sunday then will ask her for you if she has anyone to recommend in HK?
    Where do you put up, near central?

    I have been there once only. But most of our clients are there so when l have to deal with them l get to know about the place quite well.

    Hey YTM,

    Spend 10mins daily in prayer that is more than enough and you can also do japam while working.Also start the day by calling your fav god when u wake up and also before you sleep.These will be practical and easy I guess since you are working.

    Lazyness is not a right term for praying god it should never come in case of god.

    Nice to hear from you and all the very best for your fresh cycle dear. A minute of sincere prayers is more than enough dear ... Good that work is keeping you occupied too... Is it a medicated cycle?
    Ahhh me too in a new cycle dear . Just gathering all the positive hopes to face the fresh cycle .

    Hi ladies,
    Happy to join with you. Sailing in same boat. My daily routine is
    1.wake up around 5:15 to 5:30AM
    2.After brush I had atleast one litre of water
    3.Take bath and had one pinch of cinnamon with honey(have heard somewhere it is good for PCOD and lower cholesterol and I feel good too.Good weight lose too)
    4.Preparation - Tea/BF/Lunch with help of my MIL
    5.Finish all household work(sweeping/washing vessels/clothes)
    6.Do pooja
    7.Pack lunch for me and DH.
    8.move for work around 10.30
    9.back by 8pm
    10.teaching lessons to my nieces(my SIL daughters. they are occupied me fully and feel good when they are around. I spend most of the time with them as they are under my guidance)
    11.prepare dinner for all and have dinner with in laws
    12.DH come around 10:30pm. prepare dinner for him.
    13.both have Green tea.
    14.prepare horlicks and kept in flask as he resume his work and complete by 1am.
    15.Go to bed around 12 to 12:30 am after chatting with my DH about the day.

    My regular food habit
    BF: Oats with kollu powder(mix oats and kollu powder with little salt. It tastes good)
    Lunch : small cup of rice,with 2 veggies and cup of curd
    Snacks: plate of fruit
    Exercise: walking(1.5 kms)
    Dinner: 3 dosa or anything equivalent to it(idly,chappathi etc)
    Cup of green tea (75 ml)
    Have cut sweets(I LOVE THEM A LOT now I controlled myself as I need to hold my LO soon)
    Water - 3 litres
