May we know the purpose of your question? Are you asking just for knowledge sake or want to take it to improve your calcium level. In case of latter, it is better to consult a doctor.

Can you take other milk sourced products meaning paneer, dahi/yogurt and so on? If so those are good
If you need to avoid all milk containing foods then soy or almond "milk" or calcium fortified orange juice can substitute.

If only this combination can cure the ailment many would have gone behind it. Don't know how true the suggestions are . But one thing, becaue of PCO some may have prolonged bleeding. This will result in loss of blood, which will reduce the iron, calcium levels and lack of vitamin D will result in calcium being absorbed from bones. To correct that doctors do prescribe calcium + vitamin D combo tablets. check with your doctor.
