1. whenever going out (for shop)touch the feet of elders otherwise get a comment I thought my children such good manners so you also do it.
2.I should not eat in the plate which have similar or bigger in size of my husband plate.
3.I should not wash my clothes with my husband clothes or any and I should not use washing machine as my clothes are less to wash.
4. after getting up have to sweep all round the home.( maid sweeps everyday)

OMG!!!!!!!! This is truly a stressbuster. I was LOL reading all your posts and my DH was asking me the reason for such a hearty laugh Cant say tat too... I will post mine soon. Keep going ladies.

some things mentioned here are soo funny..

here comes mine...

1. Have to wake up by 4 am(even on week ends) and chit chat....dunno what to chat with them.. that too at that time... i'll be just saying mmm mmm mmm i sometimes don't even remember what they have discussed... :bonk

2.Prepare breakfast only by 10.30 and have it by 11.

3.peel the skin of carrot and wash it.:rotfl

4. dump every other food item in fridge basically it has become a dumping zone... no space for real ones..

5. Have mils name on every other utensil... even on coffee glass and spoons.. sometimes i feel as if i'm using rented ones... :bonk

6.Not allowed to use fully automatic washing machine. have to use mils old semi automatic one...

7. They say they wont eat any junk or fried items but snack box is always completely filled with junk...

8. Fil wakes up at 2 am everyday just to check whether drinking water is being supplied or not. Though water is supplied till 10 am in morning... :bonk

9. Must use mosquito nets whether there are any mosquitoes or not.. even with 2 liquid repellents on

god sooo much... :rotfl thank god ... i visit her only twice or sometimes once in a month...

Of course each one of them amaze me with their logics now if only NASA, MIT and Harvard would hire them - a lot of us could breathe a sigh of relief

LOL @ Floralbliss. Same case with my MIL, whole refrigerator is all full of crap from ages ago. I like mine somewhat empty and when they visited us, I stopped opening refrigerator because it took forever to find anything. I gave a huge kiss to it after they left for India.

In my IL's house in India, everyday my MIL sends newer/fresh items to her neighbor's house and stores them there. Her neighbors actually oblige too. ILs have teenie weenie refrigerator and they dont want to buy a bigger one because they dont find it all that useful but apparently hogging neighbor's refrigerator space is okay.

Kudos to whoever started this thread. It is awesome!
