I have a doubt regarding shashti vratham. I do payasam naivedryam to murugan after finishing puja in the afternoon and whole day i will be drinking only milk, at night i will eat idly, dosa, or chapathis like that. My doubt is in the afternoon after doing naivedyam can i drink payasam, i have this doubt because some people say there is some amount of salt in jaggery, so please tell me can i drink that payasam in the afternoon or not, thanks in advance.

Thank you so much luckywaves....i usually do the reminder part every month, this time i got stuck with other works and forget to post a reminder in site...

 

Yes of course you can have neivethyam of god(if you didn't add any salt yourself).But i have one doubt usually they fast whole day and do pooja in the evening by offering prasadham right??

You can also take fruits, sometimes sweet dishes like payasam, kesari instead of taking just milk...but if you are comfortable of taking just milk/fruits...take it,its totally your choice.

You are most welcome . To be frank I was waiting for your reminder message but since there was no message from you I thought you must be busy, so I posted the message on your behalf dear.

As always I did pooja ,fasted yesterday and prayed for all my TTC frends .Hoping that we will attain the motherhood soon.
