Dunwoody preschool openings right now

Hi Friends,

I'm planning to move to Atlanta, GA in a month's time .. I have a 3.5 yrs old son .. So i would like to know about the preschool openings in Dunwoody area .. I'm yet to see apartments .. By that time, i want to enquire about the schools so that according to openings in school, i can find an apartment nearby ..
Pls someone help me out in this ..

My kid is 2.6 years, and am waiting for him to be potty trained fully. I dont know which school is good.

I heard we have to enroll by Jan or feb for the spetember school start

Enrollment depends on the school too. Certain schoold will take even later than Feb. And it might be just that the ladies here may not know about schools in Dunwoody ... like i know about Cumming. Just google ... that will help a lot

Oh yeah you are right Nive ... In Pittsburgh, now in my son's school, new enrollments were there last week (say 1 or 2). It depends on the seat availability too KKmom .. You need to keep calling the schools and keep you updated as to when they are issuing the applications.
Sometimes some kids wil quit in-between a year and if your application is already in process in that school, then they might consider you for that year.

KKMom - Hope you find a good school soon ... I will be there in Atlanta in few more days .. Hope my son gets settled in a good school too (keeping fingers crossed)

I would recommend Dunwoody Fellowship. It was earlier called New Hope preschool. The school is pretty small but the teachers are too good. My elder one went for 2 yrs and my younger one joined by 18 mos. I know she would be happy bcos of the teachers. They have openings still open this year.
