    Viveks and Vasanth & Co.

A/C, TV stand, TV, Washing machine, dining table, lounge suits and fridge would be my first preference.

right now there is offers going on for kitchen appliances in both prestige and premier brands, check them out.

for all white goods like AC, fridge, tv, check out the models online, and do visit girias, croma, vasant, viveks and also your local person (reputed in your areas) and finalise. with so much purchases i am sure your budget will be allocated and few thousands saved goes to buy those extras..

I think ratna fan house/sekar stores has this marriage set, where they have everything that is needed to set up a new household...check that offer..and work out if it will be feasible..

Five things you can do before shift another new home:

    1. Pick one or two items (preferably light ones) and take them with you
    2. Sign up for a language class.
    3. Figure out where the locals buy their groceries and go there.
4.Give yourself permission to be homesick
    5. The first few months in any new place, especially a foreign place, is going to be stressful.
