heart healthy diet recipe

    oats uppumma

    oats - 2 cups
    spinach - 1/2 cup
    methi leaves - 1/2 cup
    cooked vegitabes - 1 cup ( carot, potato, brocoli)
    coriader leaves for garnishing
    olive oil - 2 tbsp
    mustard seed -1/2 tsp
    onion chopped 1 big
    greenchilli - 3 no
    ginger - 1 tsp
    curry leaves
    salt

    method

    • first in a bowl, wet oats with little water and salt . then steam in puttu maker for 10 minutes. that keep in a side
    • take a pan and heat. put olive oil. then add mustard seed. after splutter add onion .sout for 2 minuts. then add curry leaves, ginger, green chilli. soute it foe 3 minutes.
    • then add all leaves and cook for few minutes. (no need to over cook). then add all cooked vegitables , oats , salt. soute it for 2 minutes. then switch off the heat.
    • garnish with coriander leaves.
    • serve with hot
    this is very good recipe for become good heart. i expect all will try. thank you
