Hi Ladies, I am in a search for a house since long time.In the process i got in touch with a Realtor who exclusively deals with Auction Properties.He is a genuine guy and can get a good deal from banks and courts.Buyers who are looking for properties in a price less than market price can utilize these offers if you are willing to buy an auction property. Cash Buyers are always preferred since bank people does not accept with loan buyers.You can avail personal loan if possible but not home loan for these properties since they were already on loan. This person tells me about various properties in different areas which i am not looking for.I am looking at perambur alone.So sharing them here in thought of helping people who might be in need. Please be careful when thinking of buying auctioned properties. With every discounted sale comes huge risk! Infact banks themselves have a policy of not giving loans for auctioned properties till atleast 2 years after auction. Also there are some ownership issues which are properly transferred to the new buyer . This is what I read from article in Hindu long time back. Do your checks before buying!
