    Hi Ladies,

Am staying in a PG Accomodation, Milk provided by them wont be good(just white water) and morning in a hurry to office, I cant go and have anywhere outside.. Evening also will be returning late and most of the time wont be able to intake milk.. So, was looking out for some option to have milk daily one or the other way..

In my last weekend shopping, found this Godrej's Soya Milk( Vanilla Flavored), I liked the taste of it too.. But later while browsing about it, there were both advantages and disadvantages.. Initially i thought i will get a big tetra of this soya milk and have it daily.. It was mentioned that Soya milk helps in reducing BP, but i already have a low BP(90/60) also it creates gastric problems, so am confused now..

Is there any other way to have milk.. I cant get it boiled in PG too.. Please suggest me is there any other alternative food equivalent to milk which doesnt need boiling or cooking??

Yes Soya milk is good for you. The soya milk and other kind of soya products are good source of iron, fibres and lot vitamins. so i think in mean time you should take this milk. and its healhty.

yup Soy milk is high in protein. One cup of soy milk contains about seven to ten grams of protein. This is similar to cow's milk, which contains eight grams of protein per cup.
soy milk is naturally low in fat. healthy for everyone :)

You can try it with cereals because it is really healthier than other milk products.

If you can get hot milk, try using instant oats now available in the market. it is very easy to prepare.. just add hot milk and leave for five minutes.. ur oats drink is ready to drink
