2 failed ivf and the reason for so ?any one one has same problem ? Please share

hi ladies,
I am 30 and have been trying since 4 yrs, attempted 3 IVF cycles all negative. had natural prgnancy in b/w with got miscarried at 2 months. Implantation failure was the reason for failed IVFs.
This time doing IVF with IVIG drip, this is going to be last try with the doctor, as she will surrender after this :/ :S

I m 30 and TTC since last 4 yrs
I had 3 failed IVFs with reason being Implantation failure.
All cycles were smooth ....but still it failed.

Checkpoints for failures can be
1) AMH(test)
2) Hysteroscopy
3) Karyotype of both
4) TNF Alpha
5) TSH and other hormone tests

For genetic issue u can test Karyotype of ur hubby and urself

Now starting 4th IVF with IVIG drip..

dr malpani is good, ppl say he is expensive but he has really good success rates as such, i regret not going to him and getting the ivf done by him.
currently which doc did u go to check ur AMH... if i am not wrong u had mentioned in some other thread that u in blr
