    Hi beautiful ladies..
    I applied pappaya on face and arms this morning.

    Chinju - Yes.. You can do keep the pappaya pulp in fridge and use it everyday. Thats what I am doing. You dont have to grind it though. If you get ripe pappaya you can just mash it with your hand or spoon.

    Narms what is the purpose of applying curd to face...
    How long we have to apply?Will that stick in face for sometime?

    This morning I applied orange juice and honey to my face and some aroma oils to my body.

    Hi Ladies,
    MY white patches are not visible at all.. Also, it comes & goes away by itself. Not sure why & how. Already, visited skin specialist, some said due to dandruff this can happen.. and did so many remedies for this but it comes & goes by time.. Recently, i applied aveeno face wash & all of sudden I saw 2 small white patches in my left cheek ;(

    Taking prenatal vitamins since 3yrs. Recently, Vit D was little low, so started taking Vit D3..

    latha, Curd is good de-tanner. You can mix lemon juice along with thick curd and apply on face. leave it for some 15 minutes.. Do it everyday, watch your skin glow!!

    Today I applied curd with lemon juice and washed off after 15 minutes.

    Today i was planning to apply Pappaya, but ended with curd and lime juice :).

    Narmadha, You had mentioned thick curd, do we need to use the branded ones(Nestle etc) or just home made curd.
