Phase-1 has been fully completed, and Mantri Synergy has in all 700+ units, with all the usual facilities. The rate quoted is INR 3790, plus floor rise charges of INR 30 per floor. What do you think about the price?

sumi, christ king school is east tambaram and kaatupakkam is closer to iyyapthangal..and i heard that land in the area has peaked. 60-80 depending on the location is what a friend was quoting last week when we were discussing how ramavaram is rocking today and how it was 15 years back..
Check out if indus anantya would come into your budget.. and arun, we discuss only projects you are looking at and it is very difficult to list all the projects.. these day there are some project or the other that gets advertised on omr...check property plus and times property.. I heard there could be some flats in arihant heriloom check it out.. space aura from viphousing. And just because i mention does not mean i veto those properties.. do your own study..
