simple have a good sleep for 8 hours and apply nutmeg or jadhika in overnight
with milk ..Dont wash it apply this paste overnight and u would have good sleep and dark circles would be reduced in 2 weeks ...applying this paste for one week u could not find good results apply for 2 weeks or months u will find
ur skin improving ..

I do face the same problem.I tried all remedies.I live a healhy life style but 3-4 years back when i went to doctor,she said i have problem in mensurational cycles and therefore i have dark cicles.

So if all the remedies are not working for u,go for doctor
