L2 extension and H1B application

    Hi All,

    At present I am in L2 and working with an EAD. I am going to ask my employer for H1b in another month.
    My Husband's L1 visa is expiring in March 2012, and they are going to apply for an extension while in US.

    Here are my doubts:

    -> Can I at the same time apply for my L2 extension and file a H1b visa, what will be issues with it.
    -> My husbands i94 is also till March 2012 if we are applying for an extension will an i94 also get extended.

    Please help me iwth this clarification

    I have a similar situation like you..

    Can I at the same time apply for my L2 extension and file a H1b visa, what will be issues with it
