Lump under arm and other issues after delivery

Hi all,

I met my GP today and told her the test came negative. For the lump under arms I made sure she refers me to a scan which she has now.For the lack of periods she is again putting me on metformin. I conceived 2 yrs ago after taking metformin. My main concern was more hair growth and I haven't seen any changes to facial hair growth after taking metformin. Metfomin is also not a contraceptive.I did mention her that but she still has asked me to take the pill.

I am confused if I have to take it again because my aim now is to regularise periods ,reduce facial hair grwth and reduce my tummy. Can anyone tell me if it is worth again taking this pill?
