milk and honey in pregnancy

    Is it safe to have a glass of milk and honey before going to bed in pregnancy?This is my 9th week.
    my body type is pitta.

    Sure you can take milk but iam not sure of Honey.
    Milk is very much beneficial for pregnants.

    some people avoid honey bcoz its warm.That's why papaya,pinapple is a big no no
