    To start with

    Take a short gentle walk after lunch to improve digestion and assimilation of food. Moderate excercise is always a panacea for digestion.

    My 2 cents -

    Sleep for 7-8 hours daily. It gives your body to relax and restore. Good sleep is also essential for glowing skin and keeping weight in check.

    Eat small meals frequently to maintain sugar level in the body.It gives you constant supply of energy and overcome binge eating.

    Give the body required amount of water as all the organ will be eagerly waiting to receive good blood flow & to keep them hyderated and to free toxins. So have water and also quench their thirst.

    Regular Exercise, Proper Diet (more vegies and fruits), Drink a lot of water and take daily health supplements. By the way guys, do you know any health supplement brand particularly multivitamins? I'm thinking over Maxalife, but i don't have any idea if they have multivitamins offer. Thanks...
