hi Chitra, Actually i search the recipes on internet and try it. sometimes it will be flop.:bonk:rotfl stuffed tomato was an internet recipe. i deseeded tomatoes and stuffed paneer in it and cooked it. it was good but not super. have heard stuffed capsicum will be good, but did not have capsicum so tried with tomatoes.. Can give 7/10 for that recipe... do you prepare it? if yes can you please post the recipe. palya is dry sabzi. in kannada we call it palya. what it is called in tamil?

yeah capsicumm will be very good.as i am in native here i cant try that recipe and in my native cant get capsicumm and paneer at al. tomato stuffing sounds different but you may get the tomato smell know.Anyway tomato is healthy avoiding its seeds will be best in cooking which avoid stones or any other problems in stomach. i too dont know palaya.let i check it in tamil. if i go to bangalore again means will try your recipes soon and feedback you.
