    Feeback on Punjabi aloo paratta

    Dear Chithra

I prepared punjabi aloo paratta for today's dinner and it tasted toooooooooooooooo good. Though the process is a bit elaborate than the usual way of making aloo paratta, the taste was unbelievably good. It is really worth the labour. So we both enjoyed today's dinner. Many thanks to u for sharing such a nice and authentic punjabi recipe.

    Love and Regards
    Priya

    Hello Sowmya Honey !!!!

Keep the chunda in the M W for 1 or 2 mts. It will become slightly loose. Immediately add 1-2 tbsp boiling water, mix well & remove. Do not MW again. The idea is to " loosen" the dish.
A wild guess - I have seen a name Sowmya in F Hub ! Are you by any chance the same person ? Now I don't browse there for want of time ! I have seen some PGT recipes in that name ! Just a curiosity, nothing else.
    Love & regards,
    Chithra.

You are an angel, Prathi, to welcome in-laws with sweet !

My recipe was originally chocolate burfi only ! To send a white burfi recipe, I cut off the cocoa & gave the name Angel Burfi !! It is one of the easiest sweets.
Have an enjoyable time with your in-laws.
    Love &regards,
    Chithra.

    Pattani sadam with carrot&dates salad

    Hello madam,

Usually i do make Peas pulao, but this time I wanted to try out the Pattani sadam recipe given by u. Did Pattani sadam with carrot & dates salad. I converted Salad to raita with curd added becos all of us in our family loves anything in curd.

Here comes the FB from my 3 yr. old daughter " Super tastela irukudhu". That just adds up to say that what a hit Pattani sadam was for lunch today.
    Thanx for the wonderful recipe.
    bye.
