    Hi lalitha,
Thanks for ur compliments,I believe combi., of egg white with olive oil is good. Both r conditioners to hair so u dont have to combine it untile and unless u have a very rough hair.If u r using both at a same time stay it for not more than 15-20min.
    bye!

    Hi there!
Lots of great tips for the COLD winter season. I have dry brittle hair also so I switched to a different shampoo. It is also suppose to help with hair loss. This was recommended by my hair stylist. It's called Nioxin. I have been using for 2 weeks now and I do see a little difference. The hair is not as dry and brittle and I find less hair on the floor as I brush it.

Thanks for sharing all the tips once again!
    Oopall.

Applying Nivea cream in the face at night before going to bed helps the skin a lot. There is no dryness absolutely.

Drink a glass of warm water with lemon. This herbal remedy China is an infallible method of energizing the body. Detoxification is the entire system, including the liver and gallbladder. This means your body will be able to clean the blood faster to get rid of toxins responsible for bad skin.

Re: winter skin & hair care.

    Hi Sudha,

Your post is very informative and very well written. Just like you I also like to pamper myself! So as we share a common paltform as far as beaty is considered, thought to have your views over my hair care regime which is bothering me these days.

I use to have very beautiful and healthy long hair. But over the past one and a half year the hairends have become rough and dry. The shampoo i use to use was Sunsilk Black earlier and as the hair was turning rough (and after I heard the quality of Sunsilk shampoos have deterioted over the years) I switched over to Dove (dialy shine therapy) and Biolage Hydrating shampoo. Out of the two, Dove seems to be a better option as far as my personal experience goes but have also heard that Biolage gives excellent results (well I am yet to experience that).
So, I would like to have your views on the same or any other brand which you recommend.

    Thanks Dear!

    Keep writing such great columns.
